Sabina Sulikova
Sabi is a DPhil student in Earth Sciences at the University of Oxford, researching greenhouse gas release from mountainous Arctic rivers in a warming climate. Her work focuses on investigating the sources of COâ‚‚ emissions from Arctic rivers. In 2024, she led a field expedition to the Canadian Arctic, spanning three different mountain ranges, and most recently carried out fieldwork in Svalbard in summer 2025. Passionate about polar research and adventure, Sabi brings expertise in Arctic fieldwork and scientific research to the expedition.
